The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Utah’s Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, may provide rights regarding personal data held by a covered business, depending on the person and the data. Because Magna Residents Directory retains very little, a request usually means checking the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Utah, Salt Lake County, or Magna offices are outside our control; requests about those records belong with the custodian.
